Built for Execution
Encore was founded on a simple idea: the best way to serve real estate investors is with a team that actually understands how deals get done.
Our people come from diverse professional backgrounds, including mortgage lending, capital markets, underwriting, private equity, and more. That means we speak the same language as our borrowers, we know what’s at stake when a deal is on the line, and we move with the urgency that real estate demands.
Every member of our team is here because they take ownership, think creatively, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. It’s how we’ve built a platform known for flexibility, speed, and follow-through, and why so many of our clients come back deal after deal.
