This Analyst, with a focus on Capital Markets, plays a key role in supporting and analyzing the execution of various capital markets transactions. The role requires strong financial analysis and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for real estate finance to grow their career.
Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct financial analysis, including modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to support transaction decision-making.
- Utilize and maintain pricing models for initial credit screenings and the execution of capital markets transactions.
- Provide support in all aspects of transaction execution, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
- Assist the funding and financing process of whole loans through internal and external capital partners.
- Prepare presentation materials, pitch books, and transaction-related documentation for client meetings and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, legal advisors, underwriters, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and perform competitive analysis.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics, accounting or real estate preferred.
- Practical exposure/experience at an investment bank, financial advisory firm, rating agency or in a related financial services role
- Working knowledge and understanding of real estate-based lending, SFR and multi-family investments, a plus.
- Financial modeling and problem-solving skills in commercial, residential and/or multi-family real estate.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Keen intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of working at a desk and on a computer.

The Relationship Manager plays a critical role in sourcing, securing new clients and fostering the on-going needs and satisfaction of current clients to deliver their financing needs for Single Family Rental portfolios and Built For Rent communities. Keys to success include exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for growth and service, strong detail-orientation, organization and collaborative skills.
Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and source new transactions from potential borrowers and brokers
- Develop marketing materials and help coordinate outreach programs
- Review applications and data tapes
- Work with clients to anticipate and compile underwriting and due diligence items
- Coordinate with underwriting team to perform due diligence activities
- Develop and present credit memos for loan committee approval
- Manage and interpret ongoing pipeline analytics
- Provide exceptional customer service with effective, timely communication
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment to complete work assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Investment Management, Sales or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate, commercial lending or finance, with originations experience in asset-based lending
- NMLS or real estate licensing and CRM utilization and experience are a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) skills
- Highly-effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Keen intellectual curiosity and eagerness for continued growth and learning
