About Kyle

Kyle Quattrocchi is a finance professional with a strong background in real estate lending and investment analysis.  Kyle began his career as an analyst at S3 Capital, a prominent bridge and construction lending firm based in New York City, where he focused on underwriting and asset management across a range of commercial real estate projects.

Currently, Kyle serves as a Vice President of Underwriting at Encore Finance, where he evaluates investment opportunities and supports the execution of structured financing solutions. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Duke University.
